Do you find holding breath up to 30 seconds without feeling discomfort is a difficult task? It's not. I am inviting to learn basic techniques which can help you fill up your lungs with air and body with Prana. How to breathe correctly? When to take inhale and when to exhale. All those questions have a simple answer.
As a person who can't imagine living a life without living and not only doing Yoga, I am trying to be an example to people around. I am doing basic breathing exercises regularly. That helps me to stay away from the seasonal flu and cold. I wish the same to all of you.
For the session, you need to find a comfortable place where you can focus on "breathing" for 10 min, not on the discomfort in your knees, hips and other parts of the body.
In the open workshop on Thu 2nd April, we will go briefly around Yogic Anatomy. Then by the Breathing exercises & Mediation. The session is not longer than 1,5h.
